  Absolutely shocking. My mum is disabled and obviously needs her stair lift to enable her to get up and down the stairs so she can live a semi normal day to day life. She's had engineer out 4 times now to repair her stair lift and been charged for it only for it to stop working as soon as the engineer has left. If there is a fire in the house she won't be able to get down the stairs to get out. And she only has an upstairs bathroom so she can't stay downstairs. The service they have provided is terrible and really unprofessional. She has to but shuffle down the stairs which takes all of her strength and energy and that means she can't do her normal day to day activities because she is in so much pain from doing the stairs already. Southern Mobility know this and they have treated her so badly. Considering they are a company that deals with Mobility aids. They have no consideration for vulnerable disabled people.

  They seem to be winding downs their repair side so can't make comment at this stage

  The staff are very jolly and feels a happy working environment.

  Lovely People ......Very professional and helpful.......just at the end of the phone if we have any problems with Stair lift or Wheelchair for my wife ....so re-assuring Thanks
